Are there any hidden charges or fees?

No. There are no hidden charges or fees. We charge $39.99 per room up to 300 square feet for residential carpet cleaning and an easy to understand square footage charge on areas like stairs, hallways and over-sized rooms.

Do you charge extra to move furniture?

No. There is no charge to move small furniture. We ask that you remove all items from your furniture such as knick-knacks, electronics, jewelry, plants, and lamps. We will move most small furniture that can safely be moved. There are some items we will not move, including electronics, china cabinets, dressers, chests, beds, pianos, pool tables, etc.

Prior to cleaning, we ask that you please move the large furniture and items listed above to a room not being cleaned, such as a kitchen. If it's not possible to move the those pieces, we will work around them.

Should I vacuum before the technicians arrive?

We ask that you vacuum the areas to be cleaned prior to our arrival. If this isn't possible, our technicians will vacuum prior to cleaning at no additional charge.

How long does it take for my carpet to dry?

Dry time is affected by humidity, temperature and air flow. It can take between 2 and 24 hours for the carpet to completely dry. Turning your air conditioning or heating system on and using fans can help accelerate drying time. Be sure to leave the furniture protector pads under furniture legs until the carpet is completely dry to avoid any color transfer. You may walk on your carpet immediately after cleaning but be sure to wear clean rubber soled shoes to avoid re-soiling your carpet. 

Note: To avoid slip and fall accidents, be sure your shoes are dry when walking from damp carpet to non-carpeted areas.

Do you guarantee the removal of all spots and stains in the carpet?

While our industry leading carpet cleaning service will remove the majority of spots and stains, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to remove every stain we encounter. When stains can't be completely removed, our technicians can usually lighten the stains so they are less noticeable.

There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers play a role in stain and spot removal as well.

Our technicians will try to determine if spots and stains can be removed prior to cleaning, but this isn't always possible prior to attempting removal.
